Capillary pumped loop (CPL)is a versatile two phase heat transfer device which has recently gained increasing acceptance in space thermal control and electronic component cooling in modern electronics
Using no moving parts the prototype units were designed, fabricated and successfully tested with excellent results.
In this project work experimental analysis on hydrodynamic and thermodynamic theory of CPL has calculated and the results presented in this project have been validated by tests performed on a experimental version of the CPL.

Improving the efficiency of the thermal power plant by introducing a newer technology Dropwise condensation (DW C) with Nano fluids as coolant in condensation unit. Drop wise condensation (DWC) is under development as it offers extremely high heat transfer (4-8 times higher) by preventing the build up of the condensate liquid layer formed in the film wise condensation (FWC). This project work is an experimental based and objective is to break the condensate formed on the cold surface so as to improve the heat transfer rate. Hence an analysis has been done over circular, and bundle of tubes. In this present project work vapour deposition method is used for coating the copper tubes by POLY TETRA FLUORO ETHYLENE (TEFLON) is used to promote the drop wise condensation. Instead of cooling water Nano fluids are used to improve the heat transfer rate. The characteristics of drop wise condensation on circular, and bundle of tubes are experimentally studied and their results are compared. Correlations have been derived. Keywords

Fingerprint based authentication system project is used to more secured your system compare to all other security device which uses biometric reader. In the project data from the finger print is send to the system through port and fingerprint reader is used to read the data from port and validate the data with your data. If the validation output success then the user would be allowed else it blocks the user to allow. The system have to use third party component to read or send the data through the serial port. In the project implementation you have to enter your data (user id and password) after register finger print, so data for the validation could be catch directly from finger print through the serial port. After read the data from serial port using third party component in biometric database FVC2004, it checks whether the entered by the user and reading data’s are match or not. After your successful validation (match) you can move ahead for further works else you can’t. In an existing system we secure the system through check whether the user id and password match with data’s in database or not, but it’s possible to steal the data from the database. So it’s not highly secured so go for the implementation of fingerprint based authentication system project. Fingerprint based authentication system project is more secured compare to all other securities, because you can’t stole any user information due to high security. Information stored in fingerprint is only known by the user so even through unknown person uses the fingerprint they can’t enter the correct data while we checking. If the third person uses fake finger print to access the system, which is also recognized and block the user to use. Finally we conclude no way to steal the user’s data and we can maintain the user’s information safely and securely, so fingerprint based authentication system is more secured compare to all other security device or system.

Objectives: The objective of this paper is to analyze the different image quality metrics by testing and comparing with different distorted set of satellite images. Methods/Statistical Analysis: In this paper, we propose the methods for analyzing the quality of real time images that are corrupted due to different distortions. The several quality metrics are applied and ultimately the best metrics are derived based on the type of degradation. Different metrics such as metric based on single image and metric based on two images have been tested with different real time satellite images from NASA data sets. Findings: This framework will help to identify the metrics in order to prove the proposed filtering schemes that are applied to the corrupted images. Based on the results, we have concluded the characteristics of different quality metrics and further we successfully identified the quality metric appropriate to various distortions. Application/Improvements: The proposed quality metric analysis is used to estimate the performance of any filtering schemes which are used to enhance the quality of any real time images such as remote sensing field. Keywords

A compact antenna with a coupler is laid down using Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) technique, which operate at X-band of frequencies. The SIW coupler has a SIW section which includes inserted metallic post. These metallic post acts as an inductive-post. SIW innovation is the most talented contender for the achievement of millimetre wave (mm-wave) coordinated circuits. Supported on planar dielectric substrate with bottom and top metal layers implanted with coated metal holes, it offers a compact, low cost, less loss and flexibility. The SIW has dynamic as well as passive components emanating area on the similar substrate. SIW technology has some attractive advantages, such as compact size, low loss, easy construction, low weight, high integration and is suited for all microwave and millimetre-wave works. The utilization of SIW technology encourages us to trim down return loss when weighed against other printed advances. The manufacturing process can simply be finished by means of normal Printed Circuit Board (PCB) process, where this present procedure’s cost will be shortened when assessed with conventional waveguides. The SIW coupler more frequently utilized as a part of radar, point-to-point radio and satellite. Simulations results come about demonstrate the coupler’s execution having low insertion loss, low return loss, and expansive operational data transmission and enclose fine seclusion. Keywords
